Terms of Service
Buying from my business means you are in
agreement with all the following terms:
GENERAL
1. Watermarks may not be removed.
2. I may refuse a commission for any reason.
3. I reserve the right to post finished commissions on social media.
4. No artwork of mine is permitted to be minted into the blockchain.
5. There are no deadline for your commission unless discussed before.USAGE
1. I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself.
2. The client may not claim the artwork as their own.
3. The client may not alter the artwork without consent.PROCESS
1. Clients can contact me through VGen/DC for a commission proposal.
2. After the sketch is created, the client may pay half/full at this stage.
3. The client will receive up to 2 revisions throughout the art process.
4. I will regularly/rarely send WIPs, depending on the client's preference.
5. The finished product will be emailed once transaction is complete.PAYMENT
1. Payment is only done through PayPal.
2. Prices are subject to change due to complexities of the character.
3. Any additional changes will cost a fee depending on the complexity.REFUNDS
1. The client cannot request a refund once the commission has begun.
2. The client will be fully refunded if the commission was cancelled.
3. Do not request a chargeback, I will transfer the money instead.
4. If you request a chargeback at any point during the process, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again and lose your rights to the commissioned artwork.
With that said, if the client fails to comply with any of the points stated above, they will lose all rights to the artwork commissioned from me, Nussadia.
